The 2009 Team MAPE Day on the Hill will be held March 4th at the Capitol. We hope to double our attendance over last year. This is your chance to meet with your representatives and tell them your story. We need MAPE members from all corners of the state to attend.

In nearly all legislative districts, groups of constituents will meet with their legislators together. If that is not the case for you, we can arrange for staff to accompany you to your appointment.
The 2009 Legislative Session begins January 6th. The Legislature will work to fill the $5.2 billion deficit hole, through revenue increases, spending cuts or both.
Throughout the legislative session, Team MAPE will ask members to contact their legislators. It is vitally important that your elected officials know you are a state employee and that the decisions they will make could severely affect us as state employees. Now is the time to get involved, so we can minimize the impact of these decisions on our jobs and our families.
