Victory! – Lt. Watada is not going to jail tomorrow, next week or next month. Lt. Watada's case ended in a mistrial. Ehren has not been found guilty and his attorney Eric Seitz thinks it is unlikely the case will be re-tried. A new trial has been scheduled to begin on March 19 – the Fourth Anniversary of the Invasion of Iraq - the judge couldn't have given us a better day to organize against the illegal war and occupation!
