After traveling around the country for a year, the stunning Irreplaceable: Wildlife in a Warming World photography exhibit is finally arriving in Washington, D.C. The exhibit will be displayed in the Russell Senate Office Building Rotunda May 18 - 22!

This is a chance for all of us to contact our members of Congress, and remind them of how much Americans care about protecting wildlife from the threats of climate change.

We need to get their attention, and one way is by urging our leaders to see the beautiful Irreplaceable exhibit in person when it’s in town. We are having a special reception on Tuesday to present the tens of thousands of signatures of people like you who have signed the Call to Care, and unveil our newly completed photo petition as well.

Thank you for helping spread the word! We need members of Congress to understand the importance of protecting plants and animals struggling with climate change—and it makes a big difference for them to hear from constituents. Once they see these amazing images, they will understand this crisis in a new way.

Subject: Protect Wildlife From Climate Change

Dear [ Decision Maker ] ,

Along with many others, I am concerned about protecting wildlife and habitat from the growing threats of global warming. Scientists predict climate change will become a leading cause of species extinctions over the next decades, and species like the polar bear, pika, and whooping crane are already suffering due to global warming. But we can do something about it -- so future generations can live in a world sustained and enriched by the presence of diverse species.

One way to learn more about this issue is the stunning "Irreplaceable: Wildlife in a Warming World" photography exhibit, which will be displayed in the Russell Senate Office Building Rotunda May 18-22. Please also consider attending the May 19, 5:30-7:30 p.m. "Irreplaceable" reception in Russell 385.

Presented from art, science, faith, and conservation standpoints, this photography exhibit is educational, inspiring, and truly unique. I know that once you see the beautiful images in this exhibit and read the stories of plants and animals coping with climate change, you will understand this threat in a new way and be moved to act.

Please respond to let me know what you thought of the "Irreplaceable: Wildlife in a Warming World" exhibit and reception, and please take steps to help protect wildlife from the threats of climate change. Thank you!

Sincerely,
