The East Bay SPCA saves and improves the lives of cats and dogs and connects people and pets in our community.

We operate two adoption centers, the Oakland SPCA and the Tri-Valley SPCA in Dublin, CA. We also operate three clinics providing services to our community.

We receive absolutely no government funding, nor funding from any national humane organization. We are entirely supported by donations and by the fees of our affordable pet services.
