If you would like to learn more about ways you can take action, please visit IDA's Action Center.The short explanation of this alert was: A recent undercover investigation in Israel revealed shocking cruelty being perpetrated on monkeys and cats at the Weizmann Institute of Science. At the end of these experiments studying brain function, some of the monkeys and all of the cats are killed. Please Take Action to urge the American Committee for the Weizmann Institute of Science (which is charged with securing funds for the Weizmann Institute) to stop raising money for cruel animal experiments, and to only pursue funding for humane and effective research that does not involve animals.
