The short explanation of this alert was:

Yesterday, Lt. Gov. Carol Molnau led a partisan effort to stop True Blue Minnesota’s Jumbotron from broadcasting during the Republican National Convention.  She along with other Republicans on the Capital Area Architectural and Planning Board overruled the staff recommendation to allow the Jumbotron to go up so close to the convention site.
