Their recommendations include focusing on the animals' quality of life rather than visitor amenities, formation of a Zoo Oversight Commission to resolve longstanding management problems, and moving in the direction of becoming a sanctuary for abused or abandoned animals in need of rescue and rehabilitation. Please Take Action to urge the Board to address the Commission's concerns.
