The short explanation of this alert was:

Ruby, a 46-year-old elephant who has been the center of controversy since 2003, will finally be moving from cramped quarters at the Los Angeles Zoo to the spacious PAWS sanctuary in Northern California. Please "Take Action" to thank L.A. Mayor Antonio Villaraigosa for doing the right thing by sending Ruby to a sanctuary.
