The short explanation of this alert was:

On September 26, an entire group of orcas (killer whales) was netted and confined in Russia’s Far Eastern waters.  In the process, one calf was caught in the nets and drowned.  A second orca – a young female of perhaps six years of age  – was taken into captivity while the rest were released.  The young female was subsequently shipped by air to the Utrish Aquarium, a facility operated by the A.N. Severtsov Institute of Ecology and Evolution, on the Black Sea coast. It is suspected that the aquarium will try to sell the orca to another facility abroad.
