The National Writers Union has launched a campaign to advocate for fairness and accountability in the rapidly growing trend to offshore high-tech and professional jobs to foreign countries. The first goal of this campaign is to mobilize union members, other writers, and high-tech professionals to help win passage of legislation that:
- Curtails the use of public monies to promote offshoring.
- Restricts the offshoring of personal financial and medical data.
