The short explanation of this alert was:

Amidst USDA charges of animal welfare violations, the University of Connecticut Health Center recently terminated its primate research program. However, the one surviving monkey from UConn's cruel neuroscience experiments has been sent to yet another laboratory at the University of Mississippi Medical Center for more experiments. Please "Take Action" to urge UMiss to release Mowgli to an accredited primate sanctuary.
