We're sorry, this alert is no longer available. If you would like to learn more about ways you can take action, please visit IDA's Action Center.

The short explanation of this alert was:

Clothing company Guess? recently announced that it will go “fur-free.” While this is a wonderful step in the right direction, Guess? has stated it will continue to order fur until September 2007 and sell as much fur as it can until April 2008. Leading fashion retailers like J.Crew, Jones Apparel, Polo Ralph Lauren, Tommy Hilfiger, and Ann Taylor have all made the compassionate decision to go fur-free. Please "Take Action" to urge Guess? to do the same--right away.

Also, please tell a friend about this issue and donate to IDA so that we can continue our important work for animals.
