The short explanation of this alert was:

Jewelry giant Cartier is under fire for sponsoring a little-known "sport" called "elephant polo." A recent video shows an incident at a tournament in Sri Lanka in which an elephant went on a rampage, smashing a van and putting two people in the hospital. Please "Take Action" to urge Cartier to stop sponsoring this activity that causes animals to suffer and threatens public safety.
