The time to act is now. Minnesota can take an immediate step to prevent the politicization of our judicial elections. Merit selection, performance evaluations and retention elections will keep our judicial system fair and impartial.

Help us encourage the Legislature to submit a constitutional amendment to Minnesota voters to change the process for selecting and retaining judges. The amendment enacting retention elections will ensure that voters continue to have the final say on whether a judge remains in office, while protecting Minnesota’s judicial system from the negative influences of partisan special interest groups and big money campaign tactics.

To take action:
