Featured Workshop

Tax & Regulation Updates for Nonprofit Organizations and the New Form 990

We will begin with a review of new and proposed tax laws and
regulations — both state and federal — that materially affect
nonprofit organizations. Learn what finance managers, board
members and CPAs need to know to make sure you stay in
compliance. Next, with much discussion about the changes to
the 990 Form and its increased importance for nonprofit reporting,
our panel of experts will explain those changes and why it is
of increased concern that all nonprofits complete it accurately.
As more people visit Guidestar® and other websites, the 990 is
now being used as a public document to tell your story for donors,
media and others to evaluate your organization.
